On Saturday March 14, 2015 at 2116 hours Companies 6 and 3 were alerted for a single vehicle overturned on Point Lookout Road in the area of the Old Bear Creek.
Rescue Engine 62 responded along with Engine 61, Squad 3, Ambulance 68 and Ambulance 399. Chief 3 arrived on scene finding a vehicle on it's side with 2 trapped and established command. Rescue Engine 62 arrived on scene and Capt. Bean took rescue operations. Crew members began stabilization of the vehicle and set up of scene lighting. Squad 3 was the next arriving unit, crew members assisted in stabilization and extrication of the patients.
From the time units arrived it took 20 minutes to free the occupants. Good work by all!
