July 4, 2015 The Cobb Island Volunteer Fire Department and EMS regrets to announce the passing of Life Member Ernest K. Tunney on July 2, 2015. Life Member Tunney was also a Past Chief and Life Member with the Tenth District Volunteer Fire Department and where he served most of his time as a Volunteer. Chief Tunney served the citizens of Charles County for nearly 50 years.
