Units from Dunkirk, Huntingtown, North Beach, and AACO were alerted for the house fire in Dunkirk. E62 (Capt Grierson), Tanker 6 (Cox), and Chief 6A (Morris) responded on the run. Units from Dunkirk arrived to find a single family split foyer with smoke showing. E62 arrived to pick up the layout and advance a back up line to Division 1. First arriving units made quick work of the attic fire and command held the assignment to Company 5 and 6 within 20 minutes.
