October 11, 2016 In the early hours of 10/11/16 co.6 and the medic unit were alerted for the report of a pedestrian struck by a tractor trailer. Co.6 units arrived on scene (which was 100 ft from their front ramp) and updated the call to a driver of a tractor-trailer had been struck by a passing car, with CPR in progress. M101 (PMIC DeSoiza) arrived approx 6 minutes after dispatch and began ALS interventions. Chief 10 was passing through the area and added himself to the call for support. Unfortunately after valiant efforts by both Co.6 and CALS members the patient was pronounced pri-4 on scene. The scene was then turned over to MSP for reconstruction Units:
