3-10 Box, 03:27 - Squad 4 was dispatched mutual aid to the area of 17881 Point Lookout Road in St. Mary's City for the reported motor vehicle accident with a vehicle off the roadway. Squad 4 arrived on location and located a vehicle that had went over a guardrail and rested on its side. Crews from Engine 32 and Squad 4 assisted with patient care, vehicle stabilization and searching for additional occupants. One victim was transported to PG General by ground transport. Units cleared at 04:26.
