At 0940 hours, Box 925 was sounded for the house on fire in the Patuxent Mobile Estates in Lothian, MD. Communications advised that a neighbor reported smoke & fire were showing. The Box included Anne Arundel Engine 94, Dunkirk VFD Engine 52, Prince George's Engine 820, Prince George's Engine 845, Anne Arundel Engine 411, North Beach VFD Tower 1, Prince George's Tower 843 & Anne Arundel Squad 2.
The Dunkirk VFD Fire Chief & Assistant Chief arrived on location and reported fire showing from a single-wide trailer with exposures. The Assistant Chief established the Sands Road Command and the Fire Chief was assigned the Division 1 Supervisor. Engine 52 laid out a secondary supply line and stretched the 400' pre-connect to Side C. Fire was found throughout the trailer and extinguished within minutes, preventing any extension to the exposures.
