July 07 At 1547 hours after a period of heavy rains, Squad 2 was alerted to Maddox Road in the area of the Chaptico Market for a vehicle in the water. Initial report was two patients in the vehicle with one being disabled. Chief 2 established the Command and confirmed the initial report of the occupants status. Rescuers suited up and utilized the inflatable boat from the Squad to remove the victims. Neither
