4-07 Box, 18:14 - Ridge VFD was dispatched to the area of 16951 Three Notch Road in Ridge for the reported motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian. Chief 4 arrived at 18:17 and assumed the command. Chief Mercure requested a helicopter due to the victims injuries. Squad 4 and Engine 141 arrived on location and assisted EMS with the patient and provided lighting of the scene. The victim was transported to St. Michaels School where Trooper 7 and Engine 44 were awaiting the patient. The victim was flown to PG General. The accident is under investigation by MSP and St. Mary's County Sherriff's Office.
