At 1623 hours the Dunkirk Volunteer Fire Department Squad 5 and Assistant Chief 5 were alerted for the accident with entrapment at Route 4 & Talbot Rd. Assistant Chief 5 and Squad 5 arrived to find a single vehicle off the roadway and in the trees.

The crew from Squad 5 stabilized the vehicle and removed the passenger side door to free the patient.
