(1) For efforts on November 8, 2017 at Triton Metals on Airport View Dr. that saved a Cardiac Arrest patient in full arrest. FF Winkler began high performance CPR which assisted in the save of the patient prior to turning over to the ambulance.

(3) For efforts on August 5, 2017 at Len’s Marina for a Cardiac Arrest patient that had a nurse on the scene initiating CPR and turned over to EMS personnel and initiated shocks and the patient regained a pulse and was transferred to a landing site to the Cath lab.
