4-05 Box, 16:49 - Squad 4 was alerted for a motor vehicle accident with injuries at the intersection of Demko Road and Three Notch Road in Lexington Park. Chief 4 arrived at 16:56 and reported two vehicles were involved with a total of four victims. On December 20, 2018 at 2338 hours companies 9, 3, 13 and 7 were dispatched for a Commercial Building Fire in the San Souci Shopping Center. At 1106 hours, Rescue Box 613 was dispatched for the serious accident with entrapment at Route 4 & Lower Marlboro Road. Squad 5, Ambulance 58, the Deputy Chief & Fire Chief responded on the call.

Mechanicsville Volunteer Rescue Squad has two ambulances for sale. Both ambulances have clean titles and MVRS has been the only owner of both vehicles.

At approximately 0145 hours, Units were dispatched to a reported Saw Mill fire on Thompson Corner Road in Mechanicsville.
