At 1740 hours, Rescue Squad 2, Company 29, and Charles EMS 2 were alerted to All Faith Church Road for a reported single vehicle into a pole. Rescue Squad 2 and Car 2 responded shortly after dispatch and Engine 23 was rerouted from a standby.

Rescue Squad 2 arrived on the scene and confirmed one vehicle into a pole with the occupant already out of the vehicle. Due to the damage to the pole and wire SMECO was started to the scene as well. Ambulance 289 assessed the patient and obtained a signed refusal.

Units operated on the scene for approximately 25 minutes.
