On July 1st, SDVFDRS Ambulance 68 responded to Herring Creek Rd for the report of a 71 year old male having fallen. Upon arrival on scene, the crew was informed of seizures prior to arrival. After an assessment of the patient, a duel consult with PG Shock Trauma and St. Mary's Hospital was performed. PG Shock Trauma accepted the patient, and approval for air transport was granted. Ambulance 68 transported the patient to the SDVFDRS for the landing zone with Trooper 7. The LZ was handled by Squad 6.
