At 1713 hours, Dunkirk Squad 5 was alerted for the rush-hour accident at Route 4 & Lower Pindell Road. Squad 5 arrived first and found a passenger car wedged under a pick-up truck, against a guardrail, with the driver of the truck trapped.

The crew from Squad 5 stabilized the vehicle and removed the roof to free the patient.
