RE: Line of Duty Death (LODD) – Firefighter/EMT Brice Clayton Trossbach

All,

The Naval District of Washington Fire and Emergency Services, Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Station 13/14, deeply regret to announce the Line of Duty Death of Brice C. Trossbach, Firefighter/EMT assigned to Station 13. Firefighter/EMT Trossbach passed away on June 27, 2023 as the result of injuries he sustained while operating on a single family house fire in Leonardtown, MD.

Firefighter/EMT Trossbach was 25 years old and has been employed by Naval District of Washington Fire and Emergency Services since August of 2019.

He was also an Active Member of the Leonardtown Volunteer Fire Department in which he joined October of 2014.

Firefighter/EMT Trossbach is survived by his fiancé Cheyenne Sederbaum, parents Warren and Diane Trossbach, brother Jared Trossbach and his wife Kaitlyn and nephew Rhett.

We ask all of you to keep Firefighter/EMT Trossbach’ s fiancé, family, friends, NDW Fire and Emergency Services and Leonardtown Volunteer Fire Department in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
