The Mount Airy Volunteer Fire Company invites the community to join us as we celebrate 100 years of service to Mount Airy and the surrounding jurisdictions.
As part of this milestone anniversary, MAVFC will host a Fire Apparatus Muster and Celebration featuring current and antique fire apparatus from around the region, MAVFC apparatus on display, children’s activities, food, beverages, and merchandise available for purchase.
The event will be held Saturday, November 7, rain or shine, at the MAVFC Carnival Grounds, 1008 Twin Arch Road, Mount Airy, MD. Community members are encouraged to stop by, enjoy the festivities, and help us recognize a century of service, tradition, and commitment to public safety.
Anyone interested in participating in the apparatus muster may scan the QR code on the event flyer. Questions may be directed to apparatusmuster@mavfc.org.
We look forward to celebrating this once-in-a-lifetime milestone with our community as the Mount Airy Volunteer Fire Company honors its past and prepares for the future. |
